Vantaca's Software Support Specialists can sometimes find themselves juggling a lot of responsibilities (bonus points if you can actually juggle, we'd love to see that).
So, what will your typical days at Vantaca look like? You'll be working with your teammates to assess client needs and evaluating and improving workflow processes to meet those needs. You'll also be determining and organizing the needs of the client to identify patterns of recurring issues, knowledge gaps and potential risks. Facilitating training to both new and existing clients will be one of your roles as well, and of course you'll do all of this while maintaining top-notch customer service levels and proactively identifying potential issues. Essentially, you'll be the first line of support for Vantaca's fully integrated clients and be testing and troubleshooting system configurations within the Vantaca platform.
